Licensed Specialist in School Psychology

Greetings! 

I’m Sara Esposito!  I am a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) living in Austin, Texas. I was born and raised in southeastern Wisconsin, and completed my undergraduate education at the University Wisconsin-Whitewater. During my time in Wisconsin I provided in-home therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum and counseled adolescents at Rogers Memorial Hospital, a residential psychiatric treatment center. 

With a passion to learn and contribute more, in 2008 I moved to San Marcos, Texas to complete my Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology at Texas State University. After graduating, I spent six years conducting psychoeducational assessments and providing therapeutic services for nearby public school districts including Marble Falls ISD and Round Rock ISD.

In 2015, I transitioned from assessment in the public schools to guiding mixed-aged students for Acton Academy West, a private school with a focus on self-directed learning. During my time at Acton, I was able to gain insight into the true inner workings of how children and adolescents learn and grow. In 2019, I stepped away to embrace motherhood with the birth of my son.  Currently, I deliver tailored coaching for students, helping them unlock their true potential and achieve their goals. 

I look forward to providing comprehensive psychological evaluations, therapeutic and executive functioning coaching, behavioral consultations, and parent training at Psychological Associates of Central Texas (PACT).
